Natural Vision’s John Barrón, O.D. was a participant in the Doctors Academy 2011 Senior Research Symposium this summer.  As part of this program, Dr. Barrón mentored Selma High School student, Rodolfo (Rudy) Frutis, who had indicated interest in an optometrist career.  For one month, from June to July, Rudy shadowed Dr. Barrón in clinics and had the opportunity to observe Dr. Barrón perform eye examinations and testings.  Observing Dr. Barron, Rudy remarked that he’s even more excited now to become an optometrist.
